Reigo Tamm


Reigo Tamm finished Tapa Secondary School in 2008 and began his studies at the Drama School of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre to become an actor under the guidance of Elmo Nüganen. He has also studied acting at Rose Bruford College in London. In 2009–2016 he studied classical singing at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre with Taavi Tampuu. Reigo Tamm has participated in Jenny Anvelt’s, Giacomo Aragall’s, Virgilijus Noreika’s and Caroline Dowdle’s master classes. In 2014–2017, he was a soloist with Vanemuine Theatre. Since 2017, he is a soloist with Estonian National Opera.

Reigo Tamm is the winner of the Chrystal Shoe Award (2018). In autumn 2019, he received the Estonian National Culture Foundation Scholarship.
