Special evening of short ballets

23.03.2018 / Lisanna Männilaan

On March 25 Tiit Helimets’ “Time” and Marina Kesler’s „Werewolf“, which has won the annual Estonian Theatre Award in 2007, will be on stage of the Estonian National Ballet.

Short ballets created to the music of Estonian composers – Arvo Pärt and Lepo Sumera to name a few – deal with the problems of human kind: the confrontation of the individual and the mass, envy, the destruction of competitors by slander, the inability of people fighting for their love and be true to yourself, how we use our time and how does our life change with it.

The ballett evening on March 25 is exceptional – Eve Andre-Tuga will give the last performance of her soloist career.
