Oh the fickleness of women!
|
October 17 is an important day for the Estonian National Opera. It is the opening night of “Cosi fan tutte,” one of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s three beloved operas for which Lorenzo Da Ponte wrote the libretto. According to the music director and conductor of the production Arvo Volmer, “Cosi fan tutte” is an enjoyable piece that has not lost its relevance and contains enough sophisticated humour even for the contemporary audience.
