Alexander Prigorovsky graduated from Tallinn Ballet School in 2006. He joined the Estonian National Ballet in the same year. Roles: title role in Kesler’s Othello (music by Pärt), Porthos (The Three Musketeers by Nixon), Prince (Harangozó’s Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs), Gabriel von Eisenstein (Hynd’s Rosalinde), Gurn (La Sylphide by Bournonville), Pelléas (Härm’s Pelléas et Mélisande), Markus (Kesler’s Werewolf), Lescaut (MacMillan’s Manon), Solo from Kesler’s One Day, Lescaut (MacMillan’s Manon), Friend (Bigonzetti’s Coppélia), Nutcracker-Prince (The Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky), soloist of the Neapolitan Dance (Swan Lake by Tchaikovsky), Mercutio and Benvolio (Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet), Basilio and Espada (Minkus’ Don Quixote), I pas de deux from Scholz’s Symphony No. 2, III pas de deux from Christe’s Before Nightfall, Solo from Ravel’s La valse, soloist part in Helimets’ short ballet Time. In 2008 Alexander Prigorovsky was awarded the Chrystal Shoe Award.
