The reserved tickets should be bought out not later than 30 days before the performance. After that term the reservation will be cancelled.
Tickets prepaid by payment order or credit card should be taken out from the opera box office at least 1/2 h before the performance.
Tickets cannot be refunded or changed.
Cancellations of performances are due to force majeure. Tickets will be refunded at their original price. The Estonian National Opera will not be liable for any additional expenses.
