GALA OF THE INTERNATIONAL DANCE DAY
April 29 and 30, 2010, at the Estonian National Opera

Artistic Director: Toomas Edur

Estonian National Ballet pays reverence to the International Dance Day giving a ballet gala with a programme ranging from classical ballet to contemporary dance. On this important occasion, Thomas Edur, the Artistic Director of the ballet company, welcomes home Estonian-born ballet soloists from all over the world. Maria Seletskaya and Stanislav Yermakov (soloists of the Züricher Ballett), Linnar Looris (soloist of the Houston Ballet), Tiit Helimets (principal dancer of the San Francisco Ballet), Julianne Kepley (soloist of the San Francisco Ballet), Takuya Sumitomo (Theatre Vanemuine) and the young and promising ballet-stars of Mariinsky Theatre will dance the day away together with the soloists of the Estonian National Ballet soloists on April 29th and 30th.
